VirtualDub - Open Source Video Capture Tool

VirtualDub is an open source video capture and editing tool which is distributed free of cost under the terms of the open source GNU General Public Licence. VirtualDub which was developed by Avery Lee has been hosted on source forge. VirtualDub can be used to create, capture and edit videos. VirtualDub is available only in a Windows version. The development of a linux and MAC OS X version is said to be underway.
