Password Safe – Open Source Password Manager

Password Safe is a free open source password manager which is distributed under the terms of the open source GNU General Public Licence. Password Safe is a tool which is used to store password securely with very little effort. With so many password protected sites in existence providing valuable services, theaverage netizen needs to remember hundreds of passwords (Assuming a person doesn’t chose the unsecure and risky way of using the same password for all the sites). It is humanly impossible to remember so many passwords. This is where programs like Password Safe come in handy to netizens. There are a few more similar tools for storing passwords securely. More such tools will be covered in this blog and in the other technology blogs in my blog network in the coming future.
