GNU VCDImager – Open Source VCR Creator

GNU VCDImager is a free open source software which is available free of cost under the terms of the open source GNU Lesser General Public Licence. GNU VCDImager is a suite which consists of various tools required to create VCD’s and SVCD’s. The development of GNU VCDImager has almost come to a standstill at the moment. The development of this suite was in full swing between 2000 and 2002 with a non disclosure agreement signed with Philips.
