DVDx - Open Source DVD to VCD converter

DVDx is a free open source software which is used to convert DVD video to VCD 2.0 or SVCD 1.0 formats. DVDx can also convert DVD video files into avi and wmv formats. Though the quality of DVD videos converted to VCD using DVDx is excellent, DVDx is extremely non user-friendly and is only for experience users. Even experienced users will take time to get a hang of the software. DVDx has been released under the terms of the open source GNU General Public Licence.
